- Personal Use:
Our Secret Moment Dolls are designed for personal use. Due to hygiene and customization reasons, we enforce a strict “no returns, no exchanges” policy for all Secret Moment Doll products. For more information, please refer to our [Return and Exchange Policy]. We advise all customers to thoroughly review the design, principles, structure, and materials of the product before purchasing. Continuing with the purchase indicates that you have confirmed and accepted these terms.
- Product Inspection:
Upon receiving the product, please inspect it before signing for it. Once the doll is used, the manufacturer will not accept any returns. If you encounter any quality issues after receiving the product, please immediately contact our customer service and sales team for a resolution.
(2) Quality Issues Include:
The doll’s skeleton is damaged (not caused by human error), rendering the doll unusable.
In such cases, please contact our customer service immediately for a solution.
(3) Non-quality Issues:
- Design
Product design is not a valid reason for return. We do not accept any return or exchange requests due to dissatisfaction with the product design. We recommend that all customers familiarize themselves with our product before purchasing. Feel free to contact our customer service team at any time for further information.
- Unmet Expectations:
Factory photos of the doll will be shared with the customer for confirmation before shipping. Commercial images are for reference only and may differ due to lighting, angles, or venue conditions. Please refer to the factory photos of the Secret Moment Doll as the standard.
- Usage Damage:
Damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear will not be considered a quality issue. Small damages caused by improper use can be repaired with glue. We will provide repair glue for free, but customers must bear the shipping cost.
- Additional Features:
Functions such as heating or sound may be damaged during shipping or improper use. In such cases, due to high shipping costs, it is difficult to provide repair services. If these functions were paid for as add-ons, we will refund the extra fee charged for these features.
- Staining:
Silicone materials are prone to staining. Any staining caused by wearing dark-colored clothes or other factors is not considered a quality issue. If staining occurs, we will provide a free decolorizing cream, but customers must bear the shipping cost.
- Seam Line:
The manufacturing process for silicone dolls involves joining two molds, resulting in a seam line. This line is a natural result of the manufacturing process and is not a quality issue.
- Paint Fading:
The painting process involves applying eco-friendly colors to the doll’s surface, forming a solid thin film with certain durability. Friction or improper use during cleaning, especially with corrosive solvents, can cause paint to fade. The paint is semi-permanent, so please avoid excessive rubbing and cleaning during use. - Shipping Damage:
If the product is damaged during shipping, please coordinate compensation with the shipping company.
(4) Disclaimer:
- Age Restriction:
Due to the nature of adult products, individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from using them.
- Proper Storage:
After purchase, please store the product properly, out of the reach of children. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from improper storage or access to the product by children.

Please do not display the doll in public places. Any negative consequences resulting from such displays are the sole responsibility of the individual, and the company assumes no liability.
- Disease Transmission:

- Originality:
All our product heads and bodies are created from the imagination of our sculptors and are not intended to infringe on any character. Any resemblance is purely coincidental.
- Responsible Disposal:
