  • Fill in the shipping information, select the delivery method, and enter your payment details. Ensure all information is correct, then submit the order and complete the payment.

3. Order Confirmation

We will send your order details via email. Please reply to the email once you confirm all details are correct. We will begin production upon receiving both your confirmation email and full payment.

4. Final Confirmation Before Shipment

Once production is complete, we will send photos and videos of your doll via email for your final confirmation. After you approve, we will arrange shipment within three business days and provide you with a logistics tracking number.

5. Shipping and Delivery

After the order is shipped, you can use the logistics tracking number to monitor the shipment status through the logistics company’s tracking service in real time.

6. Receipt and Review

  • We recommend recording a video or taking photos during unboxing as proof of receipt. If the doll is damaged during shipping, please notify the logistics company immediately and contact us for assistance.
